The national pastime in most countries outside North America, soccer remains a popular recreational sport for all ages. It is a great way to stay active and be part of a team.
Having a strong endurance base will help to recover quickly from the quick, intense sprints commonly repeated throughout a game, and strengthening the lower body will help prevent injuries.
