
DESCRIPTION
Spinning classes use a specific type of stationary bike where you control the resistance with a knob which allows you to change resistances quickly and pick resistances based on how it feels, not what resistance number it is.
Depending on the instructor, classes are structured differently but are almost always a great cardiovascular workout since you get your heart rate up quickly and keep it up throughout the class. Since the resistance is all based on feel, this is a class where you get what you put into it.
