
DESCRIPTION
The Stepmill is a large machine with a revolving staircase. Since you use such a large amount of muscle mass in your lower body during the exercises, it is relatively easy to get your heart rate up and get in a shorter, but more intense, workout. Take care when you use the machine not to lean on the handrails though, as it will diminish the effects of the workout.
