
DESCRIPTION
Lie on your back on the floor with both your legs and arms straight up in the air so your feet and hands are pointed towards the ceiling.
Pull your bellybutton in towards your spine, and keep your chin off your chest as you exhale and lift your shoulder blades off the floor until you touch your toes.
Inhale and lower back to starting position.
