
DESCRIPTION
Lie on your back on the floor with arms extended up above your head.
Keeping your bellybutton pulled in towards your spine, exhale as you simultaneously raise your left leg, right arm, and shoulder blades up off the floor, touching your right hand to your left foot, then inhale as you lower back down to starting position. That is one rep. Repeat, this time touching your left hand to your right foot for the second rep.
Keep your chin away from your chest, and make sure the movement is done in a controlled manner.
