
DESCRIPTION
A sport commonly played on a sunny day at the beach, volleyball requires a lot of power in both the upper and lower body (for spiking and jumping) and agility. Though it definitely is an advantage to be of above-average height, anyone can play recreationally, with abundant indoor and outdoor recreational leagues.
