
DESCRIPTION
Stand up straight with abs tight, shoulders back, and a dumbbell in each hand with arms down by your sides and palms facing forward.
Take a large step forward with your right foot and lower your left knee down towards the ground until it is a couple inches away as you simultaneously bend your elbows to bring the dumbbells up towards your shoulders to perform a biceps curl.
Press through your right heel to bring your left foot up and place it next to your right foot as you lower the dumbbells back down.
Repeat with the left side, and be sure to always keep your front knee directly above your ankle.
