DESCRIPTIONLie on the floor on your back, legs straight and on the floor, and spread out with a 45 degree angle. Place your hands behind your ears, and point your elbows out to the sides.
Extend your right arm and point your right hand straight up into the air. Exhale as you curl forward and lift your upper body off the ground until you as sitting upright. Twist at the waist slightly and lower your arm to point your right hand towards your left foot.
Lift your arm above your head again and Inhale as you lower yourself back down to the starting position. Repeat with the other hand.
