
DESCRIPTION
Bikram Yoga (aka Hot Yoga) is performed in a room kept at 95 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and is composed of a series of poses which can increase flexibilty and strength.
The heat is supposed to keep your muscles loose and causes A LOT of sweating (thought to have a cleansing effect). These classes have grown in popularity, and if you decide to participate in one, please be sure to put on your deodorant! Your classmates will appreciate it!
