
DESCRIPTION
Adjust the seat height so that when you sit in the chair you should be able to easily slip your arms under the arm pad and grab the handles. Sit down in the chair and place your feet flat on the ground. Make sure to keep your abs and your back as tight as possible and only allow your arms to be moving throughout the exercise.
Slip your arms under the pads and place your hands on the hand grips. Exhale as you raise your arms to shoulder level, parallel to the floor. Then inhale as you slowly lower your arms to where your elbows don't quite touch the body.
