GVT - Chest and Back

DESCRIPTION
Pick one Chest exercise and one Back exercise. (Or 2 if you are advanced).High Volume: The goal is to hit 100 reps broken down into 10 sets of 10!
Rest periods between sets are 60-90 seconds. Control the eccentric - 4 second descent
Once you can perform 10 sets of 10 reps with the allotted 60 second rest period then increase the weight. 5# increase for upper body and 10# increase for lower body.
