DESCRIPTION
This is the workout for the 16 week Navy Seal challenge. The following are the exercises with distances, sets, reps and number of times in the week. It's up to you how you mix and match them.
Run: 6/6/6/6/6 miles - (M/T/W/TH/F)
Push-ups: 10 sets of 20 - (M/W/F)
Sit-ups: 10 sets of 25 - (M/W/F)
Pull-ups:4 sets of 10 - (M/W/F)
Swim: 45 minutes - (M/T/Th/F)
