
DESCRIPTION
Sit at a plate-loaded leg press machine with your feet flat on the platform, and make sure your knees do not extend beyond your toes.
Take off the safety locks and exhale as you press through your heels to move the platform forward until your legs are nearly fully extended (as far as you can go without locking your knees).
Inhale as you slowly bring the platform back, stopping just before the compression curls your lower back off the back rest.
