
DESCRIPTION
Position a cable pulley so the cable is all the way at the top with a cable bar attachment on the end.
Facing the pulley, and about two feet away from it, hold the cable bar so that your forearms are parallel to each other, upper arms are down by your sides, and elbows bent so your hands are pointed down with the bar by your shoulders.
Exhale and press the bar down by straightening your elbows (without locking them) keeping your elbows tight into your sides. Inhale as you bend your elbows to bring the bar back up to your shoulders.
