Les Mills BodyPump is high-intensity weight-based resistance training. It focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements. Youll burn fat, gain strength and produce lean body muscle conditioning.
According to Les Mills you burn up to 600 calories per 60-minutes class and perform 70-100 repetitions per body part totaling up to 800 repetitions in a single workout.
