Fitness Fridays 22: 300 Burpees: If you had to do just one exercise going into the long weekend, it would probably be burpees. They strengthen your chest, arms, front deltoids, thighs, hamstrings, and abs. They are fantastic for conditioning, and because they are a full body repetitive motion, they spike metabolism to help with fat burning. Enough talk, log 300 throughout the day.
