Navy SEALS training Week 1:
The armed forces develop some of the best training regimens, without the need for fancy equipment. The 16 weeks to BUD/S workout is designed to help students ace the Navy SEAL physical test of 500-yd swim, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and a 1.5 mile run, plus most of the challenging events at SEAL training.
Complete the Navy SEALs Week 1 workout 5 times (with a minimum weekly point balance of 80 which you'll get if you do all the work) to get this week's medal.
