Navy Seals undergo some of the most rigorous and demanding physical tests, including the infamous Hell Week. You need to have a base level of fitness before even attempting to join them.
Complete the Navy SEALs Week 2 workout 5 times (with a minimum weekly point balance of 80 which you'll get if you do all the work) to get this week's medal.
