Fitness Friday 10: Mardi Gras is over: So you indulged a bit this week, that's OK. Time to burn it off with the following cardio circuit. Do 5 minutes on each exercise and do as many circuits as you can. Mixing it up alleviates boredom and lets you ramp up the intensity on each segment.
