I want to do a Pull-up challenge: Learn to do a pull-up, or add on a few more reps. We've teamed up with Greatist to bring you this 3-week plan to strengthen the back, chest, shoulders, arms, and core. By the end of it you should be able to do 5 pull-ups! There are three eligible workouts, do each one once a week for 3 weeks for a total of 9 workouts for this challenge.
