New Year's Resolutions 2012 - Part 1: Everybody makes New Year's resolutions they don’t keep when they kiss their loved ones a happy New Year. Lets make and keep ours together: build that lean and beautiful body you’ve always wanted. We’ll do that in 4 stages. Every month we’ll set the bar a little higher. So join this 4 part challenge and we’ll help each other reach our goal: - January: Start slow with 7 points a day, for one month. Goal: get to Fitness Level 5. - February: Up the effort with 11 points a day, for one month. Goal: Fitness Level 8. - March: Impress your peers with 15 points a day, for one month. Goal: Fitness Level 11. - April: Make everybody eat dust while you collect 21 points a day, for one month. Goal: Fitness Level 15. All exercises are allowed.
