Lifehacker Deck of Cards Workout

DESCRIPTION
A random, fun routine. All you need is a deck of cards, a chair or bench, and possibly a jump rope.
Draw a card. Whatever suit is on it, do the exercise and the number represents how many reps to do. If it's a face card, assign it 5 or 10 reps or whatever, based on your level.
Hearts = jumping rope or jumping jacks (or other cardio)
Diamonds = Bench (or chair) dips
Clubs = knee-to-elbow-plank
Spades = Lunges (choose either forward or back)
