Single Leg Hamstring Curl: 3x8-10reps
Single Arm DB Row: 3x8-10reps
Prowler Leg Drive: 3x40yards (OR 15min treadmill intervals)
Kneeling OH Sandbag Press: 3x10-12reps
Plank: 3x45seconds
