Total Gym Pull Up: 4x10-12reps
Split Squat: 3x8-10reps
Single Arm OH Press: 3x8-10reps
Prowler Tow: 3x40yards (OR 15min treadmill intervals)
Prowler Chest Press: 3x40yards (OR 15min treadmill intervals)
Paloff Press: 3x20
