Easter Bunny Workout
DESCRIPTIONThis workout is for the Fitness Friday 15: Easter Bunny Challenge and we're going to have a little fun with it. Do as a circuit with 15 reps each, run for 2 minutes and repeat.
- Bunny hops (lateral hops)
- Cadbury crunches (crunches)
- Single "egg" squats (single leg squats)
- Bunny bombers (dive bomber push-ups)
- Run bunny run (sprint)
