Gladiator workout II
DESCRIPTIONSecond in the series. Cardio and bodyweight circuit to get you conditioned, pumped and lean. Run for 1.5 minutes then immediately do a set of 8-10 pull-ups and 15-20 push-ups. Repeat the entire set ten times (or as many as you can). For extra points do three sets of upright rows at the end.
